 Here’s our menu for our upcoming Wine Tasting at Vintage 222.

First Course

Potato and Leek Soup with Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Applewood Bacon and Creme Fraiche

Second Course

Deep Water Pacific Tuna Poke marinated in Spicy Soy Vinigarette with Pineapple, Toasted Macadamia Nuts and Avacado on Baby Field Greens with Heirloom Tomatoes

Third Course

Seafood Cioppinno with Lobster, Shrimp, Scallops , Mussels and Clams, served in a light California Style Pomodoro Sauce with Lemon-Thyme Risotto and Grilled Tuscan Olive Bread

Fourth Course

White Chocolate and Raspberry Creme Brulee with  a Brandy Spiked Milkshake and Fresh Strawberries

All courses served with appropriate wine parings.
