Fees, Rates & Taxes

A credit card number or a deposit of one night’s lodging is required to confirm our reservation.

If you must cancel, please do so at least 14 days prior to check-in. After that, you wil be charged the full amount and will receive a voucher for that amount, good for one year from your date of check-in.

Early departure may result in a different rate per night.

Special rates may be non-cancellable. Military rates are available and room assignments are made the morning of your arrival. This rate does not guarantee a specific suite or cottage. There is a two night minimum on military rates.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks and travelers checks. Credit cards must be swiped upon check-in.

Honor bar items are charged to your final bill.

Rates are per night based on double occupancy.

Additional guests (including) can be accommodated in some rooms at the rate of $25 per night, except military rates, which incur an additional $40 per adult, after first adult rate of $85.

We have some dog-friendly suites. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00. Cats are not allowed in the inn.

Discounts & Special Rates

Be sure to ask about our military specials and corporate rates.

Rates are guaranteed at the time of reservation. Published rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in anytime after 3 p.m. If you will be arriving after 7 PM, please let us know.

Checkout is 11 a.m.

Pets & Children

Dogs are welcome in some suites and cottages. Because of potentially life threatening allergies of some guests, we cannot accept cats. There is a $50 pet fee assessed for each dog. For more information on why we only allow dogs, visit Best Pet Reviews.

All children are welcome. Some suites and cottages are more family friendly than others.

Additional Policies

We are a non-smoking inn. However, you may smoke on the porches. There is a fine of $500 for smoking inside. There are some rooms, such as those with a balcony, where smoking outside may cause the alarm to sound, (if the door is left open and smoke drifts in). In this case, you would be charged a fee to reset the alarm, by the Fire Department. This can be as much as $500, (this is our cost). To avoid this, just make sure your balcony door is shut, while smoking.
